Kevin Els is an admitted South African attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court and an accredited mediator. His experience includes civil trials, motor collision and insurance disputes, motion proceedings, cross-examination, heads of argument and legal drafting. He has completed advanced trial advocacy training and has experience in legal office management.
Academic Qualifications (Four Degrees)
- BSc in Human Life Sciences with Psychology
- BSc Honours in Medical Physiology
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Master of Laws (LLM) — research in medical negligence, wrongful life litigation & ADR
His postgraduate research addressed medical negligence, wrongful life litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Kevin founded Els Attorneys to provide considered advice and personal attention throughout a matter.
